Last week I turned 45. It was then that I decided to chase after a 1500 rating. I' decided on this quest as I'm an admirer of the Royal Game.
I figured there are a few things I have to do: 1) Study, 2) Study, 3) Get USCF membership, and 4) start playing in a few tournaments. My wife of nearly ten years might hate this, but it's something I am choosing to do.
Anyway, for those of you that decide on reading this, I hope you enjoy the posts, links, and games that will show up on this site. And yes, I do intend on thieving away other people's work (crediting them) when articles, etc... get posted on my small sliver of web space.
